TDT Technology Ltd was founded in 1993 to supply accessories to the Machine Tool Industry. Whilst dealing with many large organisations it became clear to its Directors that Health and Safety issues in the work place were becoming more and more prominent. In 1998 TDT Machine Guarding Ltd was incorporated, The Machine Guarding Division flourished and was soon supplying a whole host of Services including hardware, risk assessments and Health and Safety advice to Industry in offices, washrooms, factories and warehouses. During this time TDT became a major shareholder (non controlling) in a company supplying Washroom Solutions.

By 2001 TDT decided that without a controlling interest in the Washroom Solutions Company they should withdraw from the day to day running of it. A new Company was planned to take advantage of the wealth of experience gained during that period.

Elite Healthcare Services Ltd was incorporated in 2003 to supply Washroom Services to Industry. The Management Team were selected for their outstanding performance with their previous Employers and have been given the task of growing the business

organically and in such a way that our customers receive the highest levels of service and support during any growth period. Our business is dedicated to looking after the interests of our existing customers above all else. A member of our Management Team carries out at least one quality control visit at a Customers premises each year to discuss the level of service experienced from us.

Our Sales and Service teams supply Sanitary Disposal Units, Air Freshening Systems, Urinal Sanitizing Systems, Water Management Systems, Nappy Disposal Units, Soap Dispensing Systems, Vending Machines, linen Roller Towels, Electric Hand Dryers and Paper products to Industry in Warwickshire, Northamptonshire and Milton Keynes. We have plans in place to increase coverage to Leicestershire, Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire during the next 18 months.
